Learn and broaden your understanding of various aspects of Nutrition including how to create simplicity in the kitchen and how to introduce the idea that, “if you cook for yourself, eating at home will be enjoyable, easy, and nutritious”.

The on-location Cooking Workshop from the Wellness Café is designed to familiarize you in Wellness and Basic Culinary skills, as they are equally important. Cooking is an expression of art; learn the fundamentals of cooking and enjoy being in the kitchen again!
